- If you need help in making a complaint or getting the right support you can ask someone to advocate for you. An advocate is a person who can help you say if you don’t like something or if you don’t agree with a decision that affects your life.
- You could ask your carer, teacher or other responsible adult to represent you.
- However you may prefer to use someone from the Black Country Advocacy Service who is independent. They don’t work for the Council or Children’s Services and their service is completely free for you.
